Jordan kidnaps my phone sometimes and takes funny pictures. I find them later and laugh. They are actually pretty good.

Bathroom Reading?

Jaxton was in the bathroom for no more than 30 seconds and this is what I found. Doesn't it look so artistically arranged? You can't really see but there are a total of three magazines AND a roll of Costco toilet paper (only the best)in the toilet. He kept pointing to the food and saying "biiiite, biiite". Naughty!

Buddy's Antic's Continued

Here's something else Buddy does for fun...dance on the table. I used to have a lovely bowl of decorative gourds sitting in the center of the table. He would crawl up there and chuck them as far as he could. It has since entered the "Witness Relocation Program". He also has a blast swinging the chandalier like it's the Price is Right wheel. Future wheel spinner? Stay tuned.

Buddy's Antics

Jaxton does not stop moving and he's a quick one. He likes to sneak into the play room and eat the chalk. I mean he just really likes it. Great.
Anyway the following pictures are all for real. This is where I found him the other day while I was in and out of the laundry room.

Time to Resurrect the Blog

It's time for ballet to start again this year. Mayah is beside herself with excitement. She has been waiting for this since she was two. After her lesson today I asked her what her favorite part was, she said "Well Mama the whole thing was my favorite". Aww Sumpy.

Baptism anyone?

Mayah HATES getting her hair washed. She will usually scream bloody murder the entire time. So during one of these "precious" times Jordan tried to be helpful by saying, "What's the big deal Mayah? It's just like getting baptized only it's in the shower". It was a very spiritual momment for the whole family. :)

Awww Buddy

Mayah sat down next to me today while I was feeding buddy. She started petting his head and whispered, "I love the way Jee-thus (Jesus) made him. He's still a thweet, rosey baby". That melted my heart!

"Okay Mom, you get some roast beef and some chicken and some roast beef and some more chicken. Then you mix them together in a big bladder (any volunteers?). It's delicious"!

The other night we were eating Quinoa for dinner an Mayah said, "Ew Mom I am NOT going to eat that. It's dith-guthing and it looks like little, teenie-tiny baby bellybuttons" She's right it does.

Why Men Marry Britches

Mimi! You are so naughty! Jordy saw a copy of this book on your bookshelf and she started to read it out loud. Then she laughed, "Mom Mimi has a book called Why Men Marry BRITCHES!!! Isn't that funny??? Why would a man want to marry a pair of britches?" Don't answer that.

Just a little foot note~

This is a note Jordan left for Ernie. She kept tricking him into closing his eyes for a "surprise" . Then she would stuff her dainty toes right up his nose! The trick actually worked a few times until Ernie figured out it always ended with her feet draped over his face. We laughed for a long time!!

Count My Blessings

Do you ever have a day where you need a little reminder of the *happy* things? Well, yesterday was my day. Thank goodness I found millions and here are a few...

1. This is my cute My Fair Lady mug that I bought at the Goodwill for .69 cents. A reminder that yes I AM a ladydee and if I'm not fair the kids will soo call me on it. Maybe that's more Solomon-esque? Anyway, it's coffee on a pedestal like it should be.

2. A LOVELY bunch of flowers I bought at the Co-op. They are fake but that's good because they will bring me *Happiness*for a loooonnng time.

3. Jordan sideways. Sorry about that. She's looking all radiant because she just got done hopping around the kitchen like a frog. We were having some breakfast food and spending time together. That's one of the things that she is passionate about---quality time.

4. I couldn't get a picture of this but makes me feel smiley when Buddy chirps like a cricket. I have no idea how he does it but I might rent him out for garden parties. Book yours NOW!!

More later. Count your own blessings cause I don't have time to do it for you. I am busy chasing my little blessings all over this BLESSED house. I bet you have a bunch though. I'll help you out by getting you started~~~~

Flower Girl Trance

This is a small clip of what Mayah does EVERYDAY. Whatever she's up to it always involves dresses, music and holding a prop of some sort in her hands. She will magically appear at random times dressed to the nines with eyes closed while soulfully making her own music.
